This unique adaptive reuse project consisted of assisting Paramount Church convert the first floor of a two-story tilt-up and composite floor office building into a sanctuary for their congregation.  Our scope centered mainly of the removal of two columns from the middle of the sanctuary space in order to enhance site lines for the congregants.   LPA employed a story-truss spanning approximately 64’ supporting the existing floor and roof structure by transferring the loads to two new columns outside the main seating area of the sanctuary.
