Over the years our design professionals have developed a library of efficient structural systems that we use as the basis for cost sensitive multi-family building projects.  We strive to value engineer the project from day one taking into consideration the geotechnical recommendation, material and labor costs and innovations in building technology.  We understand that even the simplest form of ‘over-designing’ can impact the budget of a repetitive unit based project.  Therefore, we strive to be mindful of stroke of ink in our contract documents.
